• In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom orders take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
• Tracking numbers are provided once orders are shipped. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear. If not received by then, contact us.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Note: Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
