Is your jewelry real gold or gold-plated?


Our jewelry is 100% real  — we offer solid gold, solid 925 sterling silver, and gold over silver options.
• Solid Gold: Made from real 10K, 14K, or 18K gold — stamped, tested, and guaranteed for life. These are premium pieces built to hold long-term value.
• 925 Sterling Silver: Crafted from solid .925 silver — durable, timeless, and perfect for daily wear.
• Gold Over Silver: These pieces are made from real sterling silver coated in a thick layer of genuine gold. It gives you the gold look and feel at a more affordable price — without compromising on quality.
We don’t use any cheap metals or shortcuts — just real materials you can trust. Every piece is clearly labeled so you know exactly what you’re getting.

What’s the difference between 10K, 14K, and 18K gold?

The difference is in the gold purity and price. Here’s a quick breakdown:
• 10K Gold (41.7% pure): One of our most popular options. It’s strong, durable, and more affordable — perfect for daily wear.
• 14K Gold (58.5% pure): Another customer favorite. Offers great durability with a higher gold content, making it a solid long-term choice.
• 18K Gold (75% pure): Contains more pure gold and has a premium feel. Ideal for those looking for something a bit more elevated.

Will your chains tarnish, fade, or turn green?

Our jewelry is made with high-quality, real materials — no cheap metals, no shortcuts.
• Our solid gold and solid 925 sterling silver pieces will never tarnish, fade, or turn green — no matter how often you wear them.
• Our gold over silver pieces are made from real 925 silver with a thick layer of genuine gold. While they won’t turn green or peel like low-quality plated jewelry, the gold layer can gradually fade over time, especially with heavy wear or exposure to harsh chemicals.

To keep them looking fresh, we recommend avoiding chlorine, perfumes, and abrasive cleaners, and storing them in a soft pouch when not in use.

How long does shipping take?

For in-stock items, we typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Custom pieces may take between 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and materials. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where your order stands.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. If you’re local to Miami, we also offer in-store pickup.

Orders & Shipping 

I will not be home during my delivery. What should I do?

No problem — All of our shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery, so packages will not be left at your door.
• If your delivery is attempted and no one is home, UPS can hold your package at a nearby pickup location. Just contact us and we’ll help coordinate it.
• If your order ships via USPS, the package will be held at your local post office for pickup with a valid photo ID.

We’re always here to assist if you need help rescheduling or tracking your delivery. I just received my item, but I’m not happy with it. Can I return it?
If your piece is unworn, non-custom, and within 7 days of delivery, yes — you’re eligible for a return. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Please note: Custom, engraved, or made-to-order solid gold pieces are final sale.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes — whether it’s adjusting the size, changing the item, or updating the shipping address.

Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes. That said, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to help.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text so you can follow its progress.

Please note: tracking details can take 24–72 hours to become available. If it’s been longer and you haven’t received anything, reach out to us — we’re happy to help and make sure everything’s on track.

You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status anytime.

I don’t know what chain length I need. Can you help?

Absolutely. We know finding the right length can be tricky, especially online.
For a quick guide:
• Men typically go with 20”–24”
• Women usually prefer 16”–20”
But it really depends on your style, height, and how you want the chain to sit.

Are your Cuban links handmade?

Yes — all of our 7mm and up Cuban links are handmade in-house by our team of skilled jewelers right here in Miami. We control the entire process to ensure every chain meets our exact standards for weight, quality, and finish.
For chains under 7mm, we use precision machine work designed to match the look of our handmade links, giving you the same clean finish at a lighter weight.
All of our micro Cuban link chains come standard with a box lock, even at smaller sizes — no basic lobster clasps here.
Whether it’s handmade or machine-finished, every piece is crafted to last and backed by our guarantee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout. All international orders come with full tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

Please note: any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local government upon delivery.
