Return and Refund Policy for Adan Jewelry

Overview
At Adan Jewelers, customer satisfaction is our priority. While all sales are considered final, we understand that certain situations may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges, store credit, or refunds may be considered.

Return Eligibility
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of receiving your item. To begin this process, you must email us at adanjeweler@gmail.com within that 3-day window and include clear images of the item, along with your order number. Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
•    Unworn
•    In its original box or packaging
•    Free from damage or alterations

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Adan Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Refunds are only approved on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the funds.

Store Credit
In many cases, returns are eligible for store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase.
•    Custom items such as Cuban link chains or bracelets, nameplates, picture pendants, or any other personalized designs are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
•    All other non-custom items are subject to a 6% cancellation fee once payment has been processed.

If production or fulfillment has already begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing adanjeweler@gmail.com with images and your order number. We will review the case and resolve it promptly. If we made a mistake, we will provide instructions for correction or replacement at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
•    Custom or personalized jewelry
•    Sale or discounted items
•    Gift cards
