• In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. While we strive to keep all items readily available, there may be instances where your selected piece is temporarily out of stock. If that’s the case, fabrication will generally take 1–2 weeks before shipping.
• Custom orders usually require 2–4 weeks for production, depending on the design and complexity.

Need It by a Certain Date?
If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order early. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate rushed production — feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Final Weight & Pricing Adjustments
Once your item is completed, you’ll receive a final weight update prior to shipping.
• If your chain or bracelet weighs more than listed, you will be invoiced for the difference.
• If it weighs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
All orders are fully insured and include signature confirmation for secure delivery.
Weight Variation Notice
Because our jewelry is individually handmade, minor weight variations are normal.
Please allow for up to ±7 grams from the stated weight due to the nature of handcrafted production.
